About Her

Shadia Osman is a Law Clerk who provides essential administrative and procedural support to the firm’s civil litigation practice. She holds a Paralegal – Court and Tribunal Agent Diploma from Centennial College and has training in Ontario court and tribunal procedures.

Shadia supports litigation files by maintaining organized records, managing correspondence, coordinating court and tribunal filings, and tracking procedural deadlines under lawyer supervision. Her experience in a law office setting, combined with formal legal training, allows her to contribute to the efficient and orderly progression of litigation matters.

Recognized for her attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability, Shadia plays an important role in supporting effective litigation outcomes. She is fluent in English, Bangla, Hindi, and Urdu, enabling her to assist a diverse client base with clarity and care.
