About Him

F.M. Sajid B. Hossain is the Principal Lawyer of the firm and an experienced legal professional with a strong background across multiple common law jurisdictions. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2010 and has completed professional legal training in Ontario.

Mr. Hossain’s practice encompasses a broad range of matters, including contract law, business and commercial disputes, construction-related issues, mortgage defence, and defamation related matters. His experience allows him to provide practical, commercially informed advice grounded in sound legal analysis.

In addition to practice, Mr. Hossain has taught Trusts and Contract Law, reinforcing his understanding of the legal principles that underpin most civil and commercial disputes. He holds a professional LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
